At Ink Fusion Tees, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
All items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Custom or personalized items (such as those with custom names, graphics, or designs) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email address] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Return Authorization: After we receive your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the product.
Shipping the Item Back: After receiving the RA number, carefully pack the item(s) and include the original receipt. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it. If the return meets all the conditions, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Processing time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed, and 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll send you the replacement item once your return is received and approved. You can exchange items for a different size, color, or design, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return label and process either a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
